New account - can't access cPanel

i registered with your site today but am not able to access my control panel.
also could u tell how i cud go about using the ftp access (using clients like cuteftp)

You should be able to access your Account Panel and your cPanel by now.
You can access your "Account Panel" at: http://x10hosting.com/account. You need to login with your FORUM username and password.
You can access your "cPanel" at: http://bjlaw1979.x10hosting.com/cpanel. You need to login with the username and password you put when you registered to your hosting account.

To login by FTP you'll need to put this information:
Port: 21 (default)
FTP/Host: 74.86.116.187 (The ip of the server your account is hosted)
Username: The same as cPanel.
Password: The same as cPanel.
