new account created but cpanel access denied

Created account (worumba) approx 48 hours ago, got email saying account created.
In the email, I see:
To manage your hosting account's details (Domain, package, etc), use our account management panel located here:

That works ok (accepts my user name/password)


To login to cPanel, use the following URL:
http://xxx.x10hosting.com:nnnn (Ive obsured the actual link provided)

That does NOT accept my user name/password, so can't progress further than the dialog that pops up.

Can't think of what I need to do - please help

It appears that there was an error at the time when your account was created, causing it to prematurely stop the creation process. Please forward the account creation email to support@x10hosting.com and we will re-create the account for you.
