new account created but no site and cpanel

hi der evry1,
today i created a account but i am not able to go to cpanel with username: akash.
and my site nuevents.x10hosting.com says that the domain is available...
on mu account panel it shows as DNS is down on Absolut.x10... :dunno::dunno:

That server was being worked on around that time and all would seem to be fine now.
