I registered a few days ago and got the email Ad-Free Hosting Account Created. I cannot login to cPanel though, I emailed fedlerner and he said he fixed it but it still won't accept my username and password, the login window just keeps popping up. I tried resetting my password in the Account Management Panel with no success. If I go to http://applesnax.x10hosting.com it tells me it's still available.

cPanel URL:http://applesnax.x10hosting.com:2082

Thanks

there were alot of these issues yesterday posted... i beleive the solution was to delete the account and resignup ... you'll have to wait for an admin or account manager

Well, the sub-domain you've provided us works for me. It is not available, it is registered to someone, this is obviously you. Remember that when you login into your cPanel, you are using the credentials you used to register your account. This shouldn't be your forum account. Do not use your forum account when you are logging into cPanel.

Good luck.

I am using the credentials that were sent to me in the email "Ad-Free Hosting Account Created" so I know they are correct.
Edit:
Strange, I tried it from work and it worked so I flushed my DNS records at home and now it's letting me login.

Well, as the other user stated, there have been several malfunctions with many accounts lately. You may have been unlucky enough to be affected by this bug. The best way would have to request the Account Managers to delete your current account, and recreate or re-sign up with x10Hosting.

Good luck.

Your account has been fixed as I told you by mail.
You just needed your DNS to be updated.

You can access your website now?

Yeah everything is fine. Didn't realize I had to flush my dns but everything is up and running.

Thanks a lot.
