New account, not fully setup

Hi,

I have registered myself on X10 few days ago and I think I have been part of the new accounts created there were problems for (see http://forums.x10hosting.com/server-alerts/28750-accounts-created-today-absolut.html).

Symptoms are: - I cannot access my FTP account (either using File manager or an FTP client)

What can I do now ?

Thanks you for your help. I'm very eager to explore the capabilities of X10, which seem very great and easy of use !
