New account not working

I hate to post a new topic, i'm sure i've somehow missed the information I need.

My site is trippin.exofire.net username the same for amp cpanel and forums (trippin)

I created my site almost 4 hours ago, and got the registration email. Signed into the amp and when i had created my site the cossacks server was down.
It came back up but the server status said DNS was down. So I waited until that said it was up to post this.

I tried to clear my DNS cache with the information in this thread http://forums.x10hosting.com/tutorials/27005-flushing-your-dns.html but it didn't work for me (i'm running Ubuntu linux)

So I don't know what else to try. I noticed in one topic it said something about my IP could have been banned. I doubt that but if thats the case, then I know I have to PM someone.

If there is any other information I can provide you please let me know.

maybe... it said I must have three posts to PM but I can PM admins. Does that mean it went through?

And now when I log into AMP I get this message

Sorry wasn't trying to sound impatient, I was just letting him know those two things. That 1 I wasn't sure if the PM even sent, and two that the status of my account had changed.

I love you guys already though, this customer support is straight up ridiculous!

Just delete or do whatever you have to do with the information associated with trippin.exofire.net I created another account trippin7.x10hosting.com. Weird thing is I tried to make the username trippin7 but it made me login with trippin but it says my username is trippin7. cPanel logged me in with trippin7 though.

If I screwed everything up then you can delete me or whatever. But it works now for me.

To login to your AMP you need to use your FORUM username and password.
To login to your cPanel you need to use your HOSTING username and password.

You've created the account, so I'll close this thread.
