New account opened; how long do sites take to start working?

Just opened this account a couple of hours ago: http://jewellerysale.x10.mx/Getting "Could not connect to remote server" error when trying to connect.How long do x10.mx sites usually take before they start working? Do I just need to wait? BTW cPanel working fine, and can view files I want to access in file manager. Cheers,K
