New account problem?

I signed up earlier for a new free hosting account with subdomain:
riftlakeaquarium.x10hosting.com

I have tried to follow the link in the confirmation email but it goes to an error page stating that there is already a request in the queue with that username.

Do I need to change my details or is this due to another issue?

I think your request is in the queue, so you will have to be a bit patient before your account is up and running.
