I set up a new x10 account this morning and I cannot get to it. At first I assumed it was a delay in setting it up (even though I got the email saying it was available immediately) but after leaving it alone for over 3 hours I still can't get to it. I am able to login to the control panel (although that was a problem too as Firefox told me it was an untrusted location!). My domain is techt.x10.mx but anytime I try to go there it says cannot find server. Attempts to ping it come back as an unresolved name (I am able to ping x10.mx). When I attempted to FTP to it using the Filezilla XML setup/import from your site it fails (EAI_NODATA - No address associated with nodename). I looked through the support forums and managed to figure out that I could put stoli.x10hosting.com and connect, but if that was the right way to do it, why did all the instructions and the XML set it up wrong? So I have managed to FTP to the site "incorrectly", but I cannot view it at all in a web browser.
