New Account signup

When I log in I am told that I have a hosting account, however when I try to link, it says 'does not exist.
Does anyone have any idea how long the new account signup is going to be suspended?
Not pushing, just wondering.

Your request for a new account has been placed in a queue due to the server work going on. Currently account creations are on hold. You will be notified once your account has been created.

You have to signin at least once in two weeks time in order to keep your account active,or else your account will be suspended.

I'm a little puzzled.
You say you have an account? Do you still have your welcome e-mail, remember your cpanel name?

Your account may have been terminated due to inactivity. If that is the case, you would have to wait till new signup are enabled to resign up.
