New account troubles:

Hi everyone,
I'm unsure if the Apache server being down on lotus can affect the creation of new ftp accounts but i thought id let you guys know just in case. I can login fine to my account and forum but cannot ftp or connect to the c-panel. They basically just timeout. Is this a dns issue perhaps? That I have to wait for it to resolve? http://jax.pcriot.com thats what my domain is.
