New account under queue from a few days, and now, system re-queued me.

Hi, I tried to setup a new hosting account and I was put under queue. I have been waiting since a few days now, and today when I tried to check, if it got through, I got this message.

we regret to inform you that unfortunately an error prevented you from successful registration. Please submit your request again.

Could you please fix the error, or perhaps help in completing the account setup. I need to get my site up as soon as possible.

I'm having this same problem. I haven't been waiting as long as you have but I opened a support ticket about it.
