New account - Unmetered disc space - Disc usage reached at 512MB - Parked Domain

I parked my domain via cpanel and changed name servers at the registrar to point to X10 name servers, yet Im still unable to reach the site. ( Server not found error in browser ). Other issues remain, but I wont be able to test them until the whole site is uploaded. Which brings me to issue number two.

On sign up, it stated disc space was unmetered, though when attempting to upload ftp started rejecting files at 512mb. Also seems mod rewrite isnt working correctly.

The disk space issue is due to the current restrictions on getting Unmetered applied to the account, due to abuse in the past. The account must have existed for 7 days, be using over 50% of its available disc space, and be in line with our Terms of Service.

In this situation, you only actually have over half of the disk used. The account is less than 12 hours old, and is utilizing a nulled install of Social Engine. Due to this, the unmetered disk space upgrade cannot be applied, and the account has been suspended due to the warez on the account.
