New account won't link to forum

Hi,
I've read the forums about setting up a new account and a couple of weeks ago all was fine i.e. I could access all the functions in the Account Management Panel. I received my confirmation email and I thought I was good to go however today if I try to access the domain it says "Domain Available". I can't sign up for another account as it says I already have one. How can I find out the details of my account?

It seems your account has been terminated.
If your account gets suspended for some reason and you don't claim for unsuspension in 10 days, your account gets automatically terminated.
