why i cant access to my account.. im new here and im just asking why its saying "x10Hosting's user panel is currently under construction. Please use the links provided in the email sent to you to login to your account." but there's no new msg coming from x10hosting for my link.. hope its ok to ask.. thanx for your assistance..

It may be to do with the server transfer currently happening. Also I'd say no e-mail = no account as it is done on a lottery, not all free hosting plans are approved (exception of instant accounts). Just to be sure though post your applied for cPanel username, Plan type and sub-domain and an admin can help you then.

If you didn't recieve an email, your account was either not created or the email address you supplied was not valid. If your account was created and you have the free package, go to yoursubdomain.x10hosting.com:2082 to visit your cPanel.
- Status
