what is this, a phpnuke site? Its crap dude...your missing pictures, you've got too much stuff scrolling and not enough good hard content. If you designed it yourself from scratch, you've got enough graphic skills to make a site that could rival x10hosting.com, and then some. I mean come on, you're cheating yourself by designing within the confines of a phpnuke 3 column layout. Learn some new techniques;
