new domain name questions

I bought a domain name from another server.

when i try to change my main doman,

it says www cannot be used.

but i bout the domain with www.

can anyone solve my problem?

When you purchase a domain you purchase it without www. "www" is an alias that just points to the root domain. You will want to add the domain to your account without www., www. will work automatically with it once added.
