new domain

my new domain gives this message
"The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account."

Here are my hosting account's details:
* Domain: spirituallife.pcriot.com
* Package: adfree-infinity
* Hosting Server: starka

Don't know why this happened, i have other x10hosting sites that worked fine
