New Forums \ Moved Forums

You will notice the addition of several categories and forums. My goal is to cover more subjects without the overlap that we previously had. If you feel we are still missing a category or subject feel free to let us know. I might add it. I have not yet added stickies with individual rules for the new forums, our global rules still apply until I can write specific ones for each.

With this change if you haven't already noticed, there is a "Level Two Support" sub forum. I have asked my staff to move any threads that need admin or senior staff attention to this sub forum. This will greatly increase the number of people we can help. If you are ever unable to find your thread in the support section please check to see if it is closed or if it has been moved to the new level two support forum. If it has been closed and it is not resolved you can re-open it by clicking on thread tools. We never delete threads unless they break the forum rules, so please check before re-posting.

Also note, I have closed ALL support and upgrade request threads. A lot of them were about server issues or were already resolved. If your issue is not resolved please create a new thread or re-open the one that is closed.

However, would it be possible to add a "Helper" status, without moderation access so that people like myself could move the requests which require administrator input into level 2? Just wondering. Anyways, thanks!
