New Free account creation failure

I cant create a new free host with my existing e-mail address, there comes a link to sign up with the existing e-mail, but the page is not redirecting properly... Whats the problem?

It's because you still have an account existing for that email address. I see that your request for account deletion was escalated, but it hasn't been carried out yet. You can't create a new account until that one is deleted. They will get to your escalated ticket asap.
