New FTP account and I can't access

I created a new ftp account, but in fillezilla all time I got an error of 530 Login authentication failed.

What happens?

your extra accounts will be suffixed by the "@" symbol followed by your domain name. For example, if I made an extra FTP user named "admin", I would need to connect with the username "admin@website.x10host.com"
