Hi everyone. x10hosting seems long standing, so I wana give it a try since my previous host died last time (company disappeared...).

I've got a forum and adfree accounts. So my first hurdle seems like I can't login to my cPanel via the link from the email. It gives a box to write user/password. box keeps coming out, then when the box disappears and gives the page with cPanel login, type in account, says login failed???
And the account works on entering http://x10hosting.com/account .
So should I wait for something? Or ??

got it working! guess i just had to wait a bit. about inactivity, it's requiring forum login every 14 days? iF i keep logining to cPanel but not forum, does it count? Or are these 2 accounts supposed to be linked as some people suggest?

Welcome to x10 Hosting, its good to see you got over the issue you were having. Sorry, logging into the C-Panel does not count, but really all you need to do is load the home page of the forums while logged in (click remember me), that will also give you a chance to check up on the latest site news.

I'm having a similar problem.
I've been trying to log into cpanel (i never have before) and i keep getting a failed login message...my passwords are wrong.. or something.
Are my login passwords/usernames different from forum and hosting?? I'm very confused and don't seem to be getting answers. Help!
