New hosting access

Hi,
I've registered a free hosting infernoweb.x10.mx but i'm unable to access the web site. Using cPanel, I've created a subdirectory called "piwigo" and uploaded a php script but i can't access it at this URL : http://infernoweb.x10.mx/piwigo.

I'm unable to access the hosting using FTP (Filezilla client) too. Is there a delay time to get full access to the hosting ?

Today its OK for browse the URL. And FTP access too !
I think I just needed to be a little more patient
