New iPod

The new ipod comes in 30gig and 60gig hard drives. It plays videos, holds photos, and acts as an MP3 player. It's only 299.99.

The nano which is still pretty new, runs for 249.99 for a 4gig.

Do you think it is bad on apple's part for releasing the new iPod, drawing away attention from the nano?

i doubt the video ipod will sell well, they say itll come with ads with the videos
plus, the nano is very easy to scratch, and the screen has a common issue with warpage


i thought ipods were bad enough to begin with.. it makes me happy that steve jobs will get into numerous lawsuits with patent violations of microsoft and creative

well depending on price and size of the new 60gig ipod i'll have to see the similarities and differences.
if its the same size and good looking as nano, and the price is affordable,
then i'll buy the nano...if its fat, ugly, and expensive...then no

but samsung will soon be better
all you ipod users will regret wasting your money soon

samsung is making a 32 gb flash drive mp3 player, rumored to be around 150 dollars
cheap, easy to use, wont break!
the reason why its cheap is because the cost per megabyte of flash memory has gone down by 56% due to high demand

i hope apple's lametunes and lamepods will die

My mate has a Rio mp3 player, £100, 6GB storage and a voice recorder.

Its nicer than all the iPods and i think that Apple are kicking themself for relesing a new iPod soon after the nano.

If they wait a few months, ppl may want to buy it.

iPods are now being rushed off the line. Take the nano, not tested properly because the screen broke easily.

yea apple does suck. And plus, the Ipod Video has only a 2 HOUR BATTERY LIFE when playing videos. Why would you buy an mp3 player which its attractive feature is videos when you can't even see a complete movie with it? This is just lame and retarded. DOWN WITH THE IPODS!!!!

Also there is no vidios for the iPod vidio. Only 3-5. 2 of them are Desprate House Wives and Lost.

Yeah, its called a portable dvd player, you can watch full movies on 1 battery and play the mp3's on a dvd, 4gb space.
