Hi, I've opened a ticket but it's taking time (not the problem) so if this gets closed no biggie =]

Anyway. I have my own domain name set up and the name servers pointing to x10's and I can view the "Great Success" page so I know that is working.

However, when I go to add an "Addon Domain" I get these errors =[

Error from domain wrapper: .mydomain.x10hosting.com could not be modified because it does not resolve to a valid IP address. Please ask the system admin to check their resolv.conf and their dns trust relationship Ignore any messages of success this can only result in failure!

I also receive this error too:
Error from park wrapper: mydomain.com is already configured.

I did set it up but I then deleted them because I didn't set the name servers up.

So, what's the problem?

Thanks.

Do your error messages literally say "mydomain.x10hosting.com," or did you add the "mydomain" part in yourself?

Are you receiving those wrapper errors when you visit the Addon Domain page itself without doing anything, or do you have to click or submit information before those errors appear?

And for reference, could you provide us with the URL of your website?

No, it's www.aberski.com and aberski1.x10hosting.com

I get those errors once I hit the submit button. Also, when I log into the Account Manger from x10hosting main website and I go to modify account I untick "Use Subdomain" put in my domain. Says it is getting inserted into the queue; but after refreshing disappears and the subdomain is is back.

This may be because the account manager reflects only the current status of your account. Once your new domain request has been processed and approved, the information on your account manager may be updated with the request that you submitted.
