new pages on my web site are down !!!

when i publish new page to my web site, it's not showing

my web : http://bijosoft.co.cc/Default.aspx work fine.
but my new page : http://www.bijosoft.co.cc/hb.aspx dose not work !!!! it's down ..

Are you sure your asp file is working correctly and not suppressing an error? There is definitely a file there. Asp also works, because your default asp file is working. It seems to be a problem with the file and not the server.

asp work fine

yes, my aspx file work fine because it's just sample without any "code" , and i test it before a week ..
