You can now download the latest PSP upgrade at http://www.us.playstation.com/PSP.aspx?id=softwareupdate

***WHEN YOU MAKE A FOLDER ON PSP MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN CAPS, ELSE IT WILL NOT WORK***
a new way of uploading music with this upgrade. ok connect your PSP to your computer using a usb wire. on your psp go to usb mode, now your psp will work with your computer. open your psp file on "MY COMPUTER"
Create a folder (if not already there) called "PSP", next create another folder named "MUSIC", now you can copy and paste your MP3 music to your psp,
to upload an image to your psp, go to "PSP" folder and create another folder named "PHOTO" and copy and paste the image file into that folder.

Easy huh...

noo the songs do not, but make sure you put no special symbols in the name

another way of saving images to your psp picture folder
this works without a computer
if you have wireless connection on your psp, connect to the internet, find the image you want to save, place your psp mouse pointer on the image, press triangle, go FILE, press X, select "SAVE IMAGE" and make sure the destination folder is the following

/PSP/PHOTO/

click SAVE
and your done
