Here are my two cents:

1. Objective of the site is not coming out clearly i.e. what are you trying convey on your site, what for this exist?

2. It can be my personal preference but some how color scheme looks very dull, on game site, I would have prefer more dynamic colors.

3. Side bar does not look very effective. User log in on top where as links at lower level do not provide good work flow.

Not bad; when I was 13 and taking an HTML course my sites looked nothing like that. But I agree with the previous poster; something a bit more dynamic and some way to address that this site is regarding the Sims
