Hi,

I'm having an issue with my new account. I am unable to view any of the files I've loaded over HTTP. I only get the page that starts out: Apache is working on your cPanel...

My site is www.siegelhaus.com. I'm using my own names server, and I created an A RECORD pointing to 67.228.161.42.

At first, I thought it was just a DNS propagation issue, but the domain names seems to have propagated and I still have this issue. I can access my cPanel and ftp without a problem.

This is not a browser cash issue. I've probably just done something dumb. Any ideas?

What was the old domain name url? I will modify it to reflect the new domain.

Like Fedlerner was about to mention. The settings are correct on our end. Have you pointed the namservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com ?

Sorry, I don't understand you're response very well...Let me see if I can make things clear.

I'm using an external nameserver (the one provided by my domain registrar).

And there was no old url, this is a new account. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

You used A records to point your domain? If so, to which IP you pointed them?
You should point them to: 67.228.162.200

Gracias chico!

It works fine now. I used the wrong IP address. I got the IP of the server from the account page, not from cPanel. What is the ip on the account page, then?
