New Site Will not Load

Hello
I've just created a new site Today and have been unable so far to access it.
My Links are
Primary Domain:http://frog29.x10hosting.com

cPanel URL:http://frog29.x10hosting.com:2082

When i click on the first link i get nothing ,as if there is nothing there, and the second link keeps trying to load then eventually gives me a page load error

Also, what are the nameservers for setting it up with my own domain name?

Our nameservers are n1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

We are currently having some DNS problems which is making new domains not work.
