New ticket system, message not being fully posted

There is something wrong with the new ticket system, message not being fully posted witch you all need to use the old system.

Today I type my issue into a word document, because everyone in a wile I accidentally close out of the browser and lose my work, so to save that headache I just type it in a word document.

So anyway after getting done, I copy and past the text. It copies everything, but when I press submit, it only submits maybe only first five words witch annoys me. So maybe word is attaching extra text like formatting and you all must have a limit on how much can be submitted. So then instead of using word, I use note pad and typed everything, I copy and past the text. It copies everything just fine, but then when I press submit, it only shows maybe only first five words witch annoys me, just as if I used word. I know that note pad strips any type of formatting, so that would not be the case.

So then I take that same text and past it into Wordpress blog and copy and past it into the support ticket and it does the same thing as word, note pad. So basically you cannot copy and past from other sources. I wish I could review of what it looks like. I hate the new support ticket system, please go back.

So to wrap this up, I HATE the new support ticket system. You also cannot see what other people's issues are so it's just going to make response time even longer once everyone finds out and starts finding out that you all are not using the forum for support.

I also do not like the new client area in http://x10hosting.com/portal and I do not see any status updates, that is where it should be posted along with being posted on status.x10hosting.com

For the most part you all are a very good hosting company.

Can you provide more information? What browser are you using to post this? Do you have any ticket numbers that demonstrate this?
