New User - Need Help Getting Started

Hey guys- new user here. Wonderful to be here nice to meet everyone. Ok, enough of the obligatory introductions...

Can't seem to get my site up and running. I FTP'd all my files into /public_html, but when I type my URL in the browser I get the error message...

This website does not exist!

My site is buynsaleantiques.x10.mx

Usually all that is needed is patience. I have had this problem. If you wait for a day or so it should appear. If it doesn't appear go to the top of the Account portal and go along to the Support tag. It's a drop down. Open up the Ticket and explain your problem.
The fixit guys are there and they are quick to respond.
