new user needs help with login

Hello, I just created the account and received the email that the account was set up. However, I get "username not recognized" when I try to log into my account, or into the cpanel to create my page.

The forum sign in works just fine.

My user name is eprice
my domain name is findmypeople

the number you sent me connected to that is "2082"
