New user - URL doesn't work

Hi all, I set up my account a couple of weeks ago. I can access the control panel fine. But when I click on my homepage URL, nothing happens (page isn't found). There is an index.html file (the original one) in my home directory, so I don't know why it doesn't work. Any help much appreciated.

Hello, there's some DNS issues with your account that administration needs to look at. Can you open a support ticket from your account portal please?

It seems to be working now (I can see the default index.html )
