I enrolled for a corporate ad-enhanced plan. But i could not complete the process. Now i cant link my forum account with my hosting account.
I cant proceed again with my username.

hosting account username: Radar.tty

what are the ways to get a free hosting account with php + cgi +ssi + mysql
how much credits do i need.
