I've got my Free Hosting website:
www.dev33.pcriot.com

I've got my new domain with x10hosting
www.ipushme.com

How do I put them together so ipushme goes to dev33?

you need to make a code in your index file at ipushme to redirect to dev33

Point your domain to x10hosting Name servers from domain registrar

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then GO to your cpanel http://dev33.pcriot.com:2082 and Add your Domain in "Parked Domains".

Adding to what boss said
The namservers propagation may take upto 48 hours

Then park the domain in cpanel

or

add as addon domain in cpanel.

Or you can use it as primary domain (change it from account panel)
