Newly created account issues..

Hi all. I have just signed up for a corporate account. I received an email saying:

The error that occurred was:
Whm error: the username supplied already exists. (code create_1)

However, right after it, I received an email that said my account was successfully created with my account details. I am not able to access cpanel for my account. I can sign into http://x10hosting.com/account with my forum login, but am not able to find a reason why my account is inaccessible. Any one else have this issue? Any help is appreciated. My domain is jiva.exofire.net

I'm not getting an error. I tried logging into my cpanel with my password (which was confirmed in the welcome email), however it won't let me login. It doesn't throw an error; it just acts like I've inputted the incorrect password. Is there a way my password can be reset? Thanks for your help.

I've sent you a new password by PM. Try to login to cPanel using that password, and your hosting account username "jiva".
