Newly Created Account Problems

I recently had by old cPanel account deleted (I switched from ad-enhanced to ad-free). I created an entire new account, however, if never saw a confirmation email like before. So I logged back into my old x10 account, and attempted to link to my cPanel account. However, I'm not sure it's going through, and I could have possibly linked to the wrong cPanel account. I believe I may have mixed one of my other accounts with the cPanel one. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for all the help.
