Hi

Sorry to be a pain with my first post.

I cannot log in to the cpanel, the page just churns and I get a timeout error. This happened all through yesterday. I managed to connect from home the day prior to that.

I can login to my account but the link to the cpanel does not work.

http://level.x10hosting.com:2038/login/?login_theme=cpanel

I did look at the Status page, but there was nothing since 25th April

Also is there somewhere to set Mime Types within the cpanel (I was using the basic version but couldn't see it).

TIA
Luke

I can NOT get into cPanel or open any page in my account on server [ Level ] with my Comcast ISP - but can with my cellphone ISP - looks like Comcast has now blocked server [ Level ] as they did with server [ Vox ]

I assume "account" is the Account Portal (AP)

In short - NO - not for free-hosting accounts
cPanel and that program called "x10Hosting Basic" are not the same and I do not use "x10Hosting Basic" do to the issues with it
