No access to cPanel

I am trying to update my MX records following

However no such "MX entry" icon or cPanel in fact exists and opening cPanel results in the screen attached.

Please advise.

you may need to be sure your using paper_lantern theme.
(not basic) then try using the "cpanel" then "zone editor"
you should see the mx record options/link for the domain.

the image in your reference link shows the old x3 theme,
which x10hosting removed and updated to paper_lantern.
