No Add Website Button

How do I create a website if there's no "Add Website" button on my dashboard? The Site Builder link goes to a 404 error as well. Is there no longer a way to create a website here?

I am unsure which you are talking about however you should visit the extra features > Softaculous Installer and check out the "Sitepad" builder!
