When I Got My Confirmation E-mail, All It Gave Me Was This Load Of Junk:

Are you asking about the x10hosting confirmation email?

That is not the x10hosting Confirmation email, but an email from MyView, an x10 partner that you signed up for during x10 hosting sign up. There is a checkbox during Step 1 selecting whether or not to sign up for MyView.

If I accidently checked that, does it means I was suppose to recieve 2 E-Mails???

no, you should only just get the one for your hosting account
