No connection to cPanel

Hey folks,
I created my account a while ago, and now I finally want to use it, but somehow i cannot access the cPanel (Login Attempt Fail). However I can access the Management Panel (http://x10hosting.com/account), but in order to access the webspace I do need to connect via the cPanel dont I? Furthermore, when I try to reset my password there I do not get an e-mail. (Yes i also checked the spam folder^^).
Does anyone have a hint what is going on?

Well there is a reset password button. However I do not receive any e-mail afterwards.
Just to confrim: The e-mail is sent to the e-mail account i used for registration?
I hope we can get this running

If you never logged into cPanel you might not have an Email address set.

You should be able to change your password through the account panel http://x10hosting.com/login

If you can't PM me with a link to this thread and I'll reset it for you.
