Hi,

I am really glad that i found this hosting community.
I am on a Ad-Free Hosting Plan on the Absolut.x10 server.

I have my own domain name.

My problem is that I CAN NOT create email accounts under cpanel. (itsays: There are no email accounts configured for this domain)

Can you please help me out.

Please see below for illustration purposes:

--> Snapshot of the cpanel (the "Email Accounts" should say "0/3", but its like "0/")

Also i have problem with the propagation of the DNS (nameservers) servers.
The site doesn't resolve...

It has been more than 24hrs, which is more than enough (godaddy needs only 3-4 hrs at most)

Can you please look at that as well

Thanks again for your help

Best regards,
macedon

The mail problem should be fixed.
I've checked your website and it loads fine for me.
Try clearing your cache & temp files, and making a flush of your DNS.

Thank you for fixing my email fedlerner!

The site you are seeing is coming from the "old" host, i wont mentioned the name here.

The dns servers were changed day and a half ago to:

AUTHORITY SECTION:
my_domain.com. 170168 IN NS ns2.x10hosting.com.
my_domain.com. 170168 IN NS ns1.x10hosting.com.

ADDITIONAL SECTION:
ns2.x10hosting.com. 137558 IN A 74.86.117.241
ns1.x10hosting.com. 137558 IN A 74.86.117.243

my site still wont propage to x10hosting

old cpanel server:

x10 hosting cpanel:

can you please look into this and let me know what to do???

---------
for clarification purposes:

(1) when i type:

my_domain_url.com/cpanel

I go to my old host, not x10hosting

(2) i can only access my x10HOSTING cpanel account by typing the IP only as http://74.86.116.187/cpanel

When I enter: mynameismacedonia.com I get the x10hosting welcome page, so I'm seeing the correct one.

You may just need to wait for DNS to update for you. When you ping your domain you should be getting the IP: 74.86.133.24. If you get this IP, it's because your DNS has been updated and you should be seeing your website hosted at x10hosting.

No problem. Give some time for your DNS to update.
Re-open this thread or create a new one if the issue persists.
