no ftp access

whats going on I have been having problems for months? I am unable to use my ftp name and password to upload ftp stuff.Are you ever going to fix this problem or what.I notice I cant sign in any way but with my entire email adress. something is wrong on you end what gives?

What specific error or errors are you getting when you try to connect through ftp? I suggest that you actually take this to the support forum as your post isn't a suggestion nor feedback, but a request for support for a problem with your account.

I take it that the login problem concerning signing in with your email address means you are talking about logging into your account panel. If I'm correct, then yes. The only way to login to your account panel is with your email and password. The panel was upgraded months ago and logging in only with your email address and password isn't a problem to fix. It's just the way it works now.
