No FTP Uploads?

For some reason, I have been unable to upload or replace files on the FTP account. I am using the main account, and this has not been a problem until today. I am able to download files fine, but I cannot upload them. This goes for all of the folders on the account. Here is my error log when attempting to upload a file:

no1 can upload threw ftp were all handicapped by this! if u can get into cpanel though filemanager still uploads files, unluckily for me mine wont login :wtcslap: but others do!

btw nice sig man, 10/10 to add a rate to it!
