No Hosting :( can't register.

can u enable my Account? i have an account but it seems it has no Hosting?
when i tried to register, it says "Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date."

Please help me. thanks!

There's nothing anyone can do. As the message says, check back later, meaning periodically over the next year to see if it's changed.
