No hosting under my account

I'm having a site and a forum hosted under my account, but currently in my profile it says that I'm having no hosting at the moment! what's that?!
Also I've had some serious laggings with both of them. Is that because of my hosting plan or it's my sites' problem?
And is there any relation between those 2 issues?
