No hosting under my client account ?

When I go into the hosting section of my account management panel, it says "Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account." I'm absolutely certain there used to be one. Is it possible that it's been lost during the transfer ? I remember connecting shortly before you started moving to make sure the account was activated, but it disappeared during the transfer.

My cPanel and ftp username was zerator. I used to access my site through sirzerator.x10hosting.com .

Don't know if anyone can help. Thanks in advance !

sirzerator.x10hosting.com is still in the x10 nameservers, but points to 69.162.76.170 , which is not in the new DC, but in the old one. I don't know which old server that was.

I will send this up to the Admins to get you an answer.
