No Index No LogIn Help!

I've a problem i had upload some archives on my web ... also an index to

2 weeks ago I tried to log my count in but y couldn't
my index it's no more online

and i can't fix the problem because my account it is not valid on cpanel

somebody help me!

mmm I tried to register a new account but the subdomain is already active.

I unsuspended your account, you're lucky.. you were due to be terminated tonight.

You need to link your account with your forum name or you will be suspended again. You can find instructions in one of the sticky's at the top of the free hosting forum.
